KM Toolkit Release Announcement:
The Knowledge Management Professional Society (KMPro) has announced
that beginning with the February 8-12, 2010, KMPro CKM certification workshop,
the release of the KMPro KM Toolkit. The KM Toolkit will be included as
supplement to the KMPro Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) certification workshop
materials and will provide KM implementation tools that focus upon Knowledge
Discovery, Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Transfer, Knowledge Strategy and Knowledge
Metrics.
The KM Toolkit will be under continuous development with updates available,
but planned first release content includes essentials such as a sample Organizational
KM Assessment, KM
Low Cost & No Cost Implementation Techniques, and KM Strategy Development
Worksheets for creating a KM Strategic Plan (Situational Analysis Worksheets,
Vision/Mission Worksheets, Strategic Intent Worksheets, Strategic Goal Worksheets).
