*Terms & Conditions:
1) Registration can be submitted at any point prior to the workshop,
seminar or event subject to availability. A limited number of seats
are available therefore early registration is encouraged. Early
registration discounts may be available.
2) Registration is not complete until payment has been received,
registration without payment does not reserve a seat.
3) Cancellations are subject to the following terms and cancellation
charges: Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to event start
date will not incur a cancellation fee. In the event that the cancellation
is between 45 and 31 days prior to the event, a 20% cancellation
fee will be incurred. For cancellations received 30 days
or less prior to the event, no refunds will be available. Substitutions
may be made at any time prior to the event and rather than incur
a cancellation charge registrants may with KMPro's approval exchange
the current registration for a future registration. Registrations when rescheduled are then not cancellable but can instead be rescheduled or attendees may be substituted. All cancellations
must be received in writing.
4) All registrations submitted on this website, by e-mail, fax or
by telephone are subject to these conditions and are applicable to individual, group or private-class registrations.
Cancellations Beyond Control of KMPro:
KMPro will not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control
that lead to cancellation of an event. KMPro reserves the right
to cancel an event up to and including the date of the event based
upon insufficient registrations or rescheduling requests and if
the event has been cancelled those registered will be offered the
opportunity to reschedule or receive refunds. Those who choose to
reschedule may choose to attend any future workshop scheduled but
in the event that they then later choose not to reschedule, a refund
must be requested within 45 days of originally scheduled workshop
(after 45 days, refunds are not given and instead will be given
as a credit on a future workshop with allowances for substitution
of attendees).
